Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Jordan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United State of America.
