Due to the classification of some buildings in Fai Chi Kei as Red Code Zones, starting from 27th October 2022, postmen of Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) are not allowed to access the closed zones for delivery of mail items and parcel arrival notices. In these circumstances, CTT will temporarily keep the concerned mail items and resume, as soon as possible, the postal delivery at those zones after the lifting of the closing measures.

On the other hand, recipients of EMS items affected by those measures will receive a SMS message from CTT, and after the lifting of the measures should contact CTT to arrange the delivery of the items (For further information, please contact CTT via e-mail at cttgeral@ctt.gov.mo).
