Located at Mong Tak Building of Mong Ha social housing estate, the new Mong Há Post Office has commenced service on 19 June 2023. The opening ceremony was officiated by the Secretary of Secretariat for Transport and Public Works, Raimundo Arrais do Rosário with the company of Lau Wai Meng, Director of Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau. In addition to counter service, Lau Wai Meng mentioned in her speech that the new Mong Ha Post Office features a self-service area. A Self Service Kiosk will be installed in December to provide convenient postal services 24 hours a day for citizens. CTT will continue to improve the postal infrastructure and diversify the services.

The opening ceremony was livened up by Lion dance performance.
