EMS Performance Awards

During the EMS Cooperative General Assembly held in the period of the first session of Postal Operations Council in 2017, the Silver Performance Award was presented to Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau. This award was granted to those EMS operators that provided an excellent EMS service to worldwide partners in the EMS delivery network in the year 2016. The five key performance indicators concerned were measured for each postal operator, which would then be reviewed and confirmed by an independent third-party auditor.

 

In addition, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau also won the EMS Customer Care Award for 2016. Only those EMS Cooperative members that met all the prerequisites (i.e. 98% of replying on-time, average time to open requests and replies received is less than three working hours, etc.) would be eligible for an award.
