• Zona III：All other countries and regions except China.

Literatures (correspondence) send to the blind via surface mail and with the weight up to 7kg are exempted from postal charges (Note).

Note: Exception of postal charges and the weight limit in term of items (correspondence) for the blind are regulated under Article No.33 (b) of the Order No.441/99/M and the Executive Order No.62/2005. Definition of items for the blind (correspondence) and its mailing rules concerned are described in section 3, article 16, item 3 of the “Universal Postal Convention” published by the Universal Postal Union in 2016. In addition, destinations are restricted to the postal operators who did not raise their reservations in the Convention.
