The 13^th Asia Pacific Postal Union (APPU) Congress was held in Bangkok, Thailand from 29^th August to 2^nd September in online as well as offline mode, participated by 32 representatives from the member countries. The Chinese delegation is led by Mr. Zhao Min, deputy director of the State Post Bureau, and is consisted of the State Post Bureau, the China Post Group Corporation Limited, the Hong Kong Post and the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau.

The APPU Congress agenda includes discussions of reports and plans related to APPU reform, finance, training, physical services and e-commerce, supply chain integration, 2021 Financial Report, 2023 Budget and the amendment of regulations of APPU. In addition, the representative of India, Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh, was elected as the new Secretary General of APPU by all member countries.
